Life coaching is a forward-focused, action-oriented approach to personal and professional growth. Unlike therapy, which often explores past experiences and emotional healing, life coaching is about clarity, confidence, and taking action to create meaningful change in your life.

Life coaching is designed to be short-term and results-driven, typically offered in structured packages. Sessions are often longer than traditional therapy, allowing for deeper exploration and strategic planning, and you’ll receive support between sessions.

Coaching Programmes
I offer a range of coaching options to suit different needs and stages, from a one-off reset session through to longer-term, in-depth coaching.
My sessions are generally online using Zoom or Google Meet. In person sessions can be arranged in London at your home or office for an additional cost.
My programmes include a one-off 3-hour Life MOT session, a 6-week coaching reset, the Positive Intelligence (PQ) programme, the 12-week Unstoppable Accelerator, and my Premium Coaching Programme (6–12 months).
Coaching packages vary in length and intensity and include at least one of these elements:

Clients usually invest between £899 and £4,299 depending on the programme and level of support. Full details are available in my coaching brochure - we can explore what might be the best fit for you in our complimentary exploratory session.

We begin with a complimentary exploratory session. It gives us time to talk through what’s going on for you and to see whether working together feels like the right fit. I'm selective about who I work with because we need to be a good working partnership.
My clients get results when they're willing to trust the process and do the work between sessions. If that's you, I'll bring a clear structure, honest challenge, and consistent accountability - so you can create change that lasts.

Personal Fitness Training and Health Coaching
Alongside my coaching work, I am also a qualified Level 3 fitness instructor and use physical training as a powerful support for mental health, confidence and resilience.
My approach to fitness is not about punishment or extremes. It focuses on building strength, energy and consistency in a way that supports real life. For many clients, improving physical health becomes a gateway to clearer thinking, stronger boundaries and better emotional regulation.
This work suits people who want to feel fitter, more capable in their bodies and more mentally resilient, particularly during periods of change or recovery.
Online Personal Training sessions are £50 for 45 minutes. In person sessions (in West London) begin at £70. Packages are discounted.
As well as Personal Training sessions, I can devise a bespoke health coaching programme to help you set physical health goals, make healthy lifestyle and diet changes and find the motivation to achieve your goals. I can help you tackle emotional eating, provide strategies to keep you on track, help you understand the saboteurs that are holding you back and I can be your cheerleader on your health journey.

The Butterfly Programme: 12 Weeks to Food Freedom
Have you ever lost weight on a diet, only to gain it all back? Do you feel like you're constantly at war with food, swinging between strict control and a feeling of chaos? You're not alone, and there is another way.
I've created a 12-week coaching program to help you transform your relationship with food and exercise - gently, sustainably, and for good.
This programme sits outside my standard coaching packages and focuses on stabilisation, nervous system support, gentle physical rebuilding and restoring a sense of trust in yourself and your body.
