Life coaching is a forward-focused, action-oriented approach to personal and professional growth. Unlike therapy, which often explores past experiences and emotional healing, life coaching is about clarity, confidence, and taking action to create meaningful change in your life.

 

As your  life coach I will  help you: ​

  • Identify and overcome obstacles holding you back  ​

  • Set clear, achievable goals and create a plan to reach them  

  • Build confidence, motivation, and accountability​​

  • Shift your mindset and develop healthier habits for long-term success 

 

Life coaching is designed to be short-term and results-driven, typically offered in structured packages. Sessions are often longer than traditional therapy, allowing for deeper exploration and strategic planning, and you’ll receive support between sessions.

Coaching Programmes

I offer a range of coaching options to suit different needs, from shorter, focused blocks of sessions through to longer-term, in-depth work.

My sessions are generally online via Zoom or Google Meet. In-person sessions can be arranged in London at your home or office for an additional cost.

Some clients come for a specific issue or decision they want to move forward, while others choose to work together over a longer period to create deeper change across different areas of life.

Programmes vary in length and intensity and may include:

  • An initial deep-dive session (2.5 hours)

  • One-to-one coaching sessions (45–90 minutes)

  • Email and message support between sessions

  • Practical tools, feedback and tailored exercises

Most people begin with a  4-week block of sessions to build clarity and momentum, and then decide whether they’d like to continue.

For those who want more comprehensive support, I offer longer programmes including my 6-week reset, 7-week  Positive Intelligence (PQ) Mental Fitness  programme, 12-week Accelerator, and longer-term coaching partnerships.

Investment varies depending on the level of support and length of programme.

 

We can explore what would be the best fit for you during an initial call.

As part of my commitment to affordable coaching, I also offer a small number of scholarship places each year. These are typically for people earlier in their careers or going through a period of transition, where I feel the work would be particularly valuable.

These places are limited and offered at a reduced rate on my core programmes.

7-Week Mental Fitness Programme

Positive Intelligence

Many capable, high-achieving people look successful on the outside but struggle with unhelpful internal patterns.

Overthinking.

My 7-week Mental Fitness Programme helps you recognise and dismantle the patterns that undermine your performance and clarity.

The training is called Positive Intelligence (PQ), a practical mental fitness method used by more than 500,000 people worldwide. It teaches you how to identify your inner saboteurs and build the mental muscles that allow you to stay calm under pressure, make better decisions and follow through on what matters.

The programme includes seven live coaching sessions, structured weekly training and access to the PQ training app for one year. The investment for this is £1250 including all materials.

Personal Fitness Training and Health Coaching

Alongside my coaching work, I am also a qualified Level 3 fitness instructor and use physical training as a powerful support for mental health, confidence and resilience.

 

My approach to fitness is not about punishment or extremes. It focuses on building strength, energy and consistency in a way that supports real life. For many clients, improving physical health becomes a gateway to clearer thinking, stronger boundaries and better emotional regulation.

 

This work suits people who want to feel fitter, more capable in their bodies and more mentally resilient, particularly during periods of change or recovery.

Online Personal Training sessions are £50 for 45 minutes. In person sessions (in West London) begin at £80. Packages of 10 are discounted.

As well as Personal Training sessions, I can devise a bespoke health coaching programme to help you set physical health goals, make healthy lifestyle and diet changes and find the motivation to achieve your goals. I can help you tackle emotional eating, provide strategies to keep you on track, help you understand the saboteurs that are holding you back and I can be your cheerleader on your health journey.

Health And Energy 4-week Reset

If you feel physically off track, it rarely stays contained. Low energy, inconsistent habits, and stop-start exercise patterns begin to affect how you think and how you show up. Most people already know what to do they just don't do it consistently. This four-week reset is designed to change that. 

What's Included:

90 minute health deep dive and personalised plan

4 x 45 minute personal training sessions

4 x 30 minute coaching sessions to keep you on track and accountable 

What makes this different

I don't just give you a plan. I train you properly and coach you to follow through so you get back in control of your health, your energy and your habits.

In Person (West London): £700

 

This programme sits outside my standard coaching packages and focuses on stabilisation, nervous system support, physical rebuilding and restoring a sense of trust in yourself and your body.
