Life coaching is a forward-focused, action-oriented approach to personal and professional growth. Unlike therapy, which often explores past experiences and emotional healing, life coaching is about clarity, confidence, and taking action to create meaningful change in your life.
As your life coach I will help you:
Identify and overcome obstacles holding you back
Set clear, achievable goals and create a plan to reach them
Build confidence, motivation, and accountability
Shift your mindset and develop healthier habits for long-term success
Life coaching is designed to be short-term and results-driven, typically offered in structured packages. Sessions are often longer than traditional therapy, allowing for deeper exploration and strategic planning, and you’ll receive support between sessions.

THE NEXT STEP
Before deciding to work together, I invite potential clients to book a complimentary exploratory call to decide if we are a good fit and to decide the best coaching approach for you. I don’t work with everyone, but I guarantee results for the right kind of client. The recipe is simple. You have to trust in change and do the work to get you there.
Once we agree to work together, we can decide which coaching package will work best for you. I prefer to work with new clients for a minimum of 3 months so we can really get you results.
My sessions are generally online using Zoom or Google Meet. In person sessions can be arranged in London at your home or office for an additional cost.
Coaching packages vary in length and intensity but they all have these elements:
Initial Deep Dive Session - 2.5 hours
I kick off every coaching package with a deep dive session. Using a tool called ‘The Wheel of Life’, we'll explore all areas of your life - where you are, where you want to go, and what’s holding you back.
One-to-One Coaching Sessions - 60 to 90 minutes each
These sessions will give you the personalised support you need to stay on track and make real progress. They can be weekly, every fortnight or once per month. Clients usually like to begin with weekly sessions, then fewer as they reach their life goal.
Email and Text Support
Between sessions, you’ll have access to me for accountability, questions and guidance, and celebrating wins.
Feedback and Homework
Receive goal-oriented feedback and tasks after each session, designed to accelerate your growth and progress.
20 Minute Brainstorm Calls
These quick phone calls help you work through setbacks, get clarity on ideas, or tackle any roadblocks that pop up outside your regular coaching sessions.
45 Minute SOS calls
Think of these as emergency coaching calls. Whenever an unexpected issue arises, you can schedule a call for support.

My coaching packages begin at £660 and are designed for flexibility and for different budgets.

My fees for one off single sessions are £130 for 1 hour, £180 for 90 minutes and £240 for 2 hours. These are recommended for people who have experience of being coached or have a specific issue they want coaching on. These sessions can be booked and paid for directly on the "Booking page" of this website.
As part of my commitment to affordable coaching I have a handful of clients who are on a limited budget and who I coach for up to a 50% discount. I prioritise these for TV professionals who have been out of work for more than 6 months, people who have been iatrogenically harmed or anyone who could benefit from coaching but cannot afford it. POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE
6 WEEK MENTAL FITNESS PROGRAMME
As well as my standard coaching packages, I am also a "Positive Intelligence" coach so I can lead you through the groundbreaking 6 week PQ Mental Fitness Course created by New York Times best-selling author Shirzad Chamine and which has been taught in over 50 countries worldwide.
The Positive Intelligence (PQ) Bootcamp can help you dramatically boost your Mental Fitness in just 6 weeks. You will learn how to use your mind to serve you in a positive way and feel happier and perform better. The Program includes the PQ App for daily guided exercises, a weekly video and 7 Coaching Sessions with me (45 minutes via Zoom) - to answer your questions, discuss topics, share experiences and progress, and provide ongoing support throughout the programme. You keep the PQ App for one year at no additional cost so you can continue to maintain your mental fitness.
Time commitment: 3 hours per week for 6 weeks.
Cost: £1250 to include 7 x 45 minute one to one weekly sessions where I will take you through the Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness tools.

PERSONAL TRAINING AND HEALTH COACHING
I provide both Personal Training and Health Coaching or packages that combine both.
As a Level 3 qualified and fully insured personal trainer I can work with you to provide 1 to 1 workouts on zoom so you can achieve your fitness related goals.
My sessions incorporate strength, resistance, flexibility and cardio work depending on your goals.
Online Personal Training sessions begin at £35 for 45 minutes. In person sessions (in West London) begin at £50.
As well as Personal Training sessions, I can devise a bespoke programme of coaching sessions to help you set physical health goals, make healthy lifestyle and diet changes and find the motivation to achieve your goals. I can help you tackle emotional eating, provide strategies to keep you on track, help you understand the saboteurs that are holding you back and I can be your cheerleader on your health journey.

MED-FREE MENTAL FITNESS
COACHING FOR PEOPLE HARMED BY PSYCHIATRIC DRUGS
I also provide non-medical coaching or consultations for people who are withdrawing from psychiatric drugs, healing from iatrogenic injury and navigating life post-psychiatry. I offer these at discounted or pay what you can rates for those who are unable to work.
